Clogging Risk: Contaminants may clog the valve orifice, affecting pressure transmission. A filter protection system is required.
Impact of Pipe Length: Excessively long piping between the main valve and remote pilot valve can cause pressure pulsation and vibration. It is recommended to keep the piping short and stable.
Installation and Adjustment: Ensure the oil temperature in the reservoir meets the specified temperature before adjustment. The pressure gauge should be installed near the pump outlet or valve body to improve accuracy.
