2. Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning requirements

Check the integrity of the seals (such as propylene rubber seals) before commissioning to prevent leakage caused by improper installation.
Operation and maintenance specifications
Regularly monitor the cleanliness of the oil (NAS 1638 level 6 standard is recommended), clean the filter element every 500 hours and check the filter blockage;
High temperature environment (>60℃) requires additional heat dissipation devices to avoid shell deformation or seal failure.
System adaptation optimization
For large flow scenarios, the powerful NL4 series air source processing unit is preferred to avoid pressure fluctuations due to insufficient flow;
Use a voltage-stabilized power supply to control the electromagnetic components, and the voltage fluctuation must be ≤±10% to prevent coil overload damage.
Cleaning and replacement of consumables
Corrosive solvents are prohibited for cleaning non-metallic parts. After cleaning, they must be dried immediately and greased to prevent oxidation;
